Cygnapia, founded in 2019, is a translation firm specializing in patent translation.
“Embrace change, always pursue evolution.”
Since its founding in 2019, Cygnapia has held this principle at its core. The translation and intellectual-property industries are facing a major wave of technological change. We see change not as a threat but as an opportunity, and we keep moving forward — actively adopting new tools and methods while staying grounded against the swell.
Patent translation is our current core business. We continue to refine our work with new technology and to pursue the best possible translation service for our clients.

Our team of translators
Cygnapia has a team of several patent translators including our representative. All have hands-on experience at patent firms, and we include a Chinese-native translator on our team.
memoQ Solution Engineer activities
Our representative, Shigeki Itome, serves as a Solution Engineer at memoQ, handling day-to-day operational questions from Japanese customers. Drawing on the memoQ expertise built through that work, he hosts the “memoQ Training Seminar for Translators.”
